SCHENECTADY - A man wanted in North Carolina for two bank robberies was arrested Thursday in a Yates Village apartment by members of a fugitive task force.
Tyrone Sinclair Rice, 27, of Wilmington, N.C., was on the Wilmington Police Department's Most Wanted List for the 2003 bank holdups, according to Deputy Marshal Tim Orava of the Capital District Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force.
