Lakeland Bank in Oak Ridge, N.J., has hired Deborah Parker as an assistant vice president and the manager of its Hampton branch.
Ms. Parker was the Sussex branch manager at Bank of New York, where she had worked since 1997. That was when it acquired her previous employer, National Community Banks Inc. in West Paterson, N.J., where she began her 20-year baking career.
Lakeland is the primary subsidiary of Lakeland Bancorp. and has $1 billion of assets.

Greene County Bank in Greeneville, Tenn., has named Cathy Neubert, the president of its Fairway Title Co., to be the senior vice president of its mortgage lending division as well.
She is based in Knoxville.
