--Rumbo turnover rises 10% Y/Y in 2010

17 March 2011 - Spanish online travel agency Red Universal de Marketing y Bookings Online SA (Rumbo) said yesterday that it booked a turnover of EUR485m (USD680m) in 2010, up 10% year-on-year.
The strong performance was backed by the company's diversification in different business areas, such as air travel, hotels, cruises and vacation packages, and the good results of its division offering travelling services to companies.

In 2010, Rumbo serviced some three million customers, up 12% on the year.
